Hey all!
Yup, my very first entry. It's 5:34 pm at work, most sane people are long gone, starting their Canada Day long weekend, I'm still at work going over my past practice MCAT, wondering what the heck I was smoking when I wrote that exam (Well actually, I sick when I wrote that one). Man, it's going to a long uphill battle... but I won't be alone. All my friends have been really supportive and encouraging. Thanks y'all!
Things are not bad actually, my boss, Dr. Milhailidis, is getting a promotion and moving to Vancouver to work for Simon Fraser University. Good for him because it sounds like a really cool position that he got, plus he's an avid golfer and the golf season in Vancouver is year round. Anyway, since he's leaving, he gave me his office corner at the Centre for Studies in Aging. So I have my little own corner at work, a better computer, a bigger monitor, and a comfy seat with armrests (seats with armrests are hard to find at work!). It feels pretty good.
QUICK! Think of a vegetable!
(Did you pick "carrot"? someone at work got an email and was asking people that question... apparently 90% of us will say "carrot")
Until the next entry.... remember to eat your carrots.
Mike
