Anybody want to translate "anonymous'" comment? I'm curious as to what the comment is....Jeff? Pandemic?
The translation of the Japanese is:
They're cute, aren't they! However, there are no girls in Waterloo...

oh crap, that's "girls" instead of "they?" bleh, i need to watch more anime/jdrama....
Do you mean you were confused about the meaning of "kanojora"? The dictionary definition:
??? ??????? (n) they (females)
So yes, it does mean "they". But the "kanojo" part unambiguously indicates "they" are "girls".
Also, the first sentence leaves off the subject, but that's typical of Japanese. I assumed when you wrote "kawaii desu ne!" (lit. "cute aren't [implied subject of the sentence]!") you were talking about the Japanese girls in the video.

Hahaha, I was trying to say "they're cute, aren't they! but too bad they (as in specifically the girls from the video) aren't in loo. i didn't know how to say it that way (wasn't intending to say no girls in loo, haha)
