Week of Angus
A week of eating cheap Angus burgers by the numbers:
11 Angus Burgers
8 straight meals of Angus Burgers
$22.67 dollars for 11 meals
10 Salads
0 salad dressing
1 slice of cheese
2 dirty looks from the same cashier
0 shame
1 serving of mayo
1 original bun
15000 calories worth of Angus Burgers
0.5 plus pounds of fat ingested
0 pubes dyed
1 Happy and Fat Customer
If numbers aren't your thing, here are the gratuitous pictures.
I didn't end up eating Harvey's Thursday night, Friday night because of a wedding, Saturday night because I went out with Kitty's family and Sunday for lunch because I had to prep the house for Smash. Despite missing out on four meals, I think I achieved my "goal" of "overcompensating". As George W. Bush would say, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
Even though I didn't feel well on the Thursday (turns out I had number 3 later that night), overall, I enjoyed eating the burgers. I didn't really get sick of them, and they were still tasty till the end. I'm also biased, as Harvey's is my favourite fast food place because they have the best fast food burgers imo.
I weighed myself before and after, and I weigh one pound less than when I started, but that is well within the tolerance of daily weight fluctuation. I don't feel fatter, but I also definitely don't feel lighter. So it seems there was not net weight gain...I hope.
In conclusion, what have I learned? --> see you on free Harvey's Original Hamburger Day on May 25th!!!
